Asteria Group, a leading global labels and packaging group, announced today that they have successfully acquired Midlands-based manufacturer CS Labels.
CS Labels has been a highly-anticipated addition to Asteria Group. The Group consists of companies situated all over Europe including their head office in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Denmark, Spain, Estonia and Finland.
CS is the first acquisition in the UK and will contribute a range of assets including their expertise, offering to the market, technology portfolio, and purpose-built site in the heart of the country.
In addition, the group will have access to CS’ team of talented personnel and Managers who will continue to support the delivery to the group’s growth and success, building value to its customers.

CS Labels’ Managing Director Simon Smith explains that "CS will operate with the same traditional family values, but with added impact, support and resource of the group.
